Dr. Lily Sanchez Ruiz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Bisono-Sanchez Consultants, an International Collaborative Consulting Ecosystem dedicated to advancing organizational excellence through leadership, innovation, research, and global collaboration. She founded the organization with the vision of creating a multidisciplinary network where world-class professionals work together to solve complex organizational challenges while developing the next generation of leaders.
With more than three decades of executive leadership, higher education administration, teaching, research, and organizational consulting experience, Dr. Sanchez Ruiz has built a distinguished career centered on empowering institutions through evidence-based strategy, ethical leadership, and human-centered innovation.
Her professional expertise bridges executive leadership, higher education administration, artificial intelligence, business intelligence, organizational strategy, curriculum innovation, faculty development, student success, and international educational partnerships. As a doctoral researcher, her work explores the intersection of artificial intelligence, predictive analytics, organizational effectiveness, and leadership in higher education.

Dr. Yuri S. Bisonó is the Co-Founder and President of Bisono-Sanchez Consultants, where she partners closely with the Founder to advance the organization's mission of delivering world-class consulting services grounded in collaboration, innovation, and measurable organizational impact.
An internationally respected executive, strategist, enrollment management leader, and organizational consultant, Dr. Bisonó has devoted more than three decades to helping educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, and executive leaders improve organizational performance, student success, institutional effectiveness, and sustainable growth.
Widely recognized as a leading authority in enrollment management and student success, she has inspired and mentored thousands of professionals while building strategic partnerships throughout the United States and Latin America.
As President, Dr. Bisonó oversees organizational operations, executive consulting services, strategic partnerships, and institutional transformation initiatives while ensuring that every client engagement reflects the firm's commitment to excellence, integrity, and measurable outcomes.

Dr. Elizabeth D. Rodríguez is an accomplished K–12 educator whose work centers on academic excellence, student engagement, and meaningful learning. She teaches both online and in person, offering instruction grounded in research-based practices and a deep commitment to student growth. While she is bilingual in English and Spanish, her primary focus is advancing high‑quality education for diverse learners.
Dr. Rodríguez earned her Doctorate in Educational Leadership from Saint Peter’s University (2025). She holds a Master’s in Urban Education and an ESL Teaching Certification from New Jersey City University (2018). Her academic foundation also includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Education with a Bilingual Teaching Certification (K–12) from Brooklyn College (2014), and an Associate of Science in Business Administration from Essex County College (2010).
With her guiding philosophy — “No compliance but commitment” — Dr. Rodríguez empowers students, families, and communities through education that is intentional, inclusive, and transformative.
Rayen R. Sanchez Ruiz is a Creative Director and Graphic Designer with extensive independent experience helping professionals and small businesses transform their ideas into distinctive brands and credible digital experiences.
Over the past seven years, she has managed a diverse client portfolio, guiding clients through the development of brand packages, marketing materials and digital-presence strategies tailored to their goals and resources.
